Enabling Accessibility Fund (EAF) Youth Innovation Call for Proposals
On May 30, 2024, the Government of Canada launched the Enabling Accessibility Fund (EAF) Youth Innovation call for proposals (CFP) across Canada.
The purpose of this CFP is to engage youth to identify barriers in communities, promote awareness of the program and assist eligible organizations in the development of applications for funding.
As in previous years, the Department will use a two-step process for the Youth Innovation Component CFP. The first step requires youth to apply by October 4, 2024, to become a Youth Accessibility Leader (YAL). The second step requires organizations to submit a funding application in collaboration with the YAL. Organizations will have until November 1, 2024, to submit their application.
The Department will award grant funding, with a maximum of $12,000 allocated for each project with a duration of up to 12 months.
